I’m originally from Detroit, MI where I married my high school sweetheart, Debbie. We have four beautiful children who keep me busy with sports, school, and activities. I love spending time with my family and cheering for the greatest team in the world, the Seattle Seahawks. I attended Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO and then received my M.A. at Liberty University.
Growing up as a pastor’s kid I spent a lot of time in church and in formalized religious settings. Even though I accepted Jesus as my Savior at an early age, it wasn’t until my high school senior year that I started to have a deeper understanding of God’s grace. My relationship with Jesus is never about who I am or what I have done but who he is and what he has done. As I continue to meditate on this truth, I have come to realize that as a disciple of Christ I never move beyond the Gospel but I move deeper into it.
Debbie and I moved to Olympia twelve years ago to help people discover, develop and deploy the Gospel. I believe God has used and continues to use children to change the world.
